Fred L. Johnson is the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Global TechInnovations. He has founded and served as Chairman of a number of other technology companies, including Santa Fe Technologies, Inc., Environmental Research Systems Corporation and J&D Trading Company, which represented U.S. cities in international trade and business development through an affiliation with the National Association of Cities. In this capacity, he conducted a test project with 12 U.S. cities and a project with Italy, which was used as a model for global utilization. He previously served as Vice President of Investors Mortgage Services Company and Vice President of Curtiss Publishing Company. Mr. Johnson has also invested in and advised ten start-up companies.
