Mr. Aldoshin is a Vice President of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS), Director of Chemical Physics Institute of RAS, Chairman of the RAS Scientific Center in Chernogolovka, Head of Structural Chemistry Laboratory of RAS. Mr. Aldoshin is also a member of a number of other committees and associations under the Government of the Russian Federation. He holds the first prize of Moscow State Competition “Honoree of the year” (2002) as the Best Manager of a Research Organization. In 2003 he was granted the National Award of Peter I and a diploma as the Best Manager of Russia. Mr. Aldoshin was awarded an Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Moscow region (2003). An Honorary Doctor of Rostov State University 2003, Rostov-on-Don, Mr. Aldoshin also was awarded a Medal of Merit for the Motherland of the II rank (2004).
